سياسة الخصوصية
تطبيق WaveSE هو تطبيق الخدمة الذاتية للموظفين، ويتصل بنظام الموارد البشرية (Odoo) الخاص بجهة عملك. توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يتعامل معها التطبيق وكيف تُستخدم. يُشار إلى ناشر التطبيق [اسم الشركة] بـ«نحن».
1. من يتحكم في بياناتك
التطبيق لا يرسل بياناتك إلى خوادم تابعة لنا. كل ما تدخله أو تعرضه (الحضور، الإجازات، الطلبات، المحادثات وغيرها) يُرسل مباشرةً إلى خادم جهة عملك الذي تحدده عند تسجيل الدخول، وجهة عملك هي المسؤولة عن هذه البيانات وعن مدة الاحتفاظ بها. للاستفسار عن بياناتك الوظيفية أو طلب تعديلها أو حذفها تواصل مع إدارة الموارد البشرية في جهة عملك.
2. البيانات التي يستخدمها التطبيق
- بيانات تسجيل الدخول: عنوان الخادم واسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور، وتُرسل عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS) إلى خادم جهة عملك فقط. لا يحفظ التطبيق كلمة المرور، بل يحفظ رمز الجلسة في التخزين الآمن للجهاز.
- بيانات الموظف: الاسم والمسمى الوظيفي والصورة وغيرها كما يعرضها نظام جهة عملك.
- الموقع: يُقرأ موقعك الدقيق فقط لحظة تسجيل الحضور أو الانصراف أو الزيارة الميدانية للتحقق من وجودك في موقع العمل، ولا يتتبع التطبيق موقعك في الخلفية.
- الكاميرا والصور: تُستخدم فقط عندما تختار تصوير أو إرفاق إيصال أو مستند أو صورة شخصية.
- Face ID وبصمة الإصبع: يتم التحقق بالكامل على جهازك عبر نظام التشغيل، ولا يصل التطبيق ولا أي طرف آخر إلى بيانات وجهك أو بصمتك.
- الإشعارات: عند تفعيلها يُنشأ معرّف إشعارات للجهاز عبر Firebase Cloud Messaging ويُسجَّل لدى خادم جهة عملك لإرسال التنبيهات إليك.
- البيانات المحفوظة على الجهاز: تفضيلات اللغة والمظهر، ونسخة مؤقتة من بياناتك لتسريع العرض، وسجلات الحضور التي تمت دون اتصال حتى تُرسل. تُحفظ البيانات الحساسة ورمز القفل (PIN) مشفّرة في التخزين الآمن للجهاز.
- البلاغات المجهولة: عند تقديم بلاغ أو مقترح مجهول لا يُرسل اسمك معه، ويُحفظ رمز المتابعة مشفّرًا على جهازك فقط.
3. ما لا نفعله
- لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية.
- لا يحتوي التطبيق على إعلانات أو أدوات تحليل أو تتبع عبر التطبيقات والمواقع.
4. خدمات الأطراف الثالثة
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging لإيصال الإشعارات.
- Google Fonts لتحميل خط الواجهة الإنجليزية، وقد يرى Google عنوان IP الخاص بجهازك عند التحميل.
- عند فتح خريطة أو رابط أو الاتصال بزميل، تنتقل إلى التطبيق المختص على جهازك وتخضع لسياسته.
5. الأمان
يرفض التطبيق الاتصال بالخوادم غير المشفّرة، ويحفظ بيانات الجلسة في التخزين الآمن (Keychain / Keystore)، ويمكنك تفعيل قفل التطبيق برمز PIN أو بالمقاييس الحيوية. بعد عشر محاولات خاطئة لرمز PIN تُمسح بيانات الجلسة من الجهاز.
6. حذف البيانات
تسجيل الخروج يحذف رمز الجلسة والبيانات المؤقتة من جهازك، وحذف التطبيق يزيل كل بياناته المحلية. حسابك الوظيفي تنشئه جهة عملك وتديره، فلطلب حذفه أو حذف بياناتك من نظامها تواصل معها مباشرة.
7. الأطفال
التطبيق مخصص للموظفين، وليس موجهًا للأطفال دون 16 عامًا.
8. التعديلات
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسننشر النسخة المحدثة في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ آخر تحديث.

Privacy Policy
WaveSE is an employee self-service app that connects to your employer's HR system (Odoo). This policy explains what data the app handles and how it is used. [Company Name], the publisher of the app, is referred to as "we".
1. Who controls your data
The app does not send your data to servers operated by us. Everything you enter or view (attendance, leave, requests, chat and so on) goes directly to your employer's server, which you choose when you sign in. Your employer is responsible for that data and how long it is kept. To access, correct or delete your employment data, contact your employer's HR department.
2. Data the app uses
- Sign-in details: server address, username and password, sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to your employer's server only. The app does not store your password; it keeps a session token in the device's secure storage.
- Employee information: your name, job title, photo and other details as provided by your employer's system.
- Location: your precise location is read only at the moment you check in, check out or log a field visit, to confirm you are at a work location. The app does not track your location in the background.
- Camera and photos: used only when you choose to capture or attach a receipt, document or profile picture.
- Face ID and fingerprint: verified entirely on your device by the operating system. Neither the app nor anyone else receives your face or fingerprint data.
- Notifications: if enabled, a device notification token is created through Firebase Cloud Messaging and registered with your employer's server so it can send you alerts.
- Data stored on the device: language and theme preferences, a cached copy of your data for faster loading, and attendance records made offline until they are sent. Sensitive values and your PIN are stored encrypted in the device's secure storage.
- Anonymous reports: anonymous reports and suggestions are sent without your name, and the follow-up code is kept encrypted on your device only.
3. What we don't do
- We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
- The app contains no ads, no analytics and no cross-app or cross-site tracking.
4. Third-party services
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver notifications.
- Google Fonts to load the English interface font; Google may see your device's IP address when it loads.
- When you open a map or link or call a colleague, you are taken to the relevant app on your device, which is subject to its own policy.
5. Security
The app refuses unencrypted server connections, keeps session data in secure storage (Keychain / Keystore) and lets you lock the app with a PIN or biometrics. After ten wrong PIN attempts the session is wiped from the device.
6. Deleting your data
Signing out removes the session token and cached data from your device, and deleting the app removes all of its local data. Your employee account is created and managed by your employer; to have it or your data in their system deleted, contact your employer directly.
7. Children
The app is intended for employees and is not directed at children under 16.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The updated version will be posted on this page with its last-updated date.
